Vest works with the most sensitive documents a contractor has. This page says, in plain language, what we do and do not do with them.
Documents you upload or sync are visible to your company and no one else. They are used for one purpose: answering your team's questions. No other customer can ever see them.
Your documents, questions and answers are never used to train AI models. Not ours, not anyone else's.
Every person on your team has their own account, and people see only the projects they are added to. Remove someone and their access ends immediately, for them and for the AI answering their questions.
Your documents are yours. If you stop using Vest, your data is deleted on request: removed from live systems right away, with copies in backups expiring on a published schedule. Anything Vest compiled for you, like schedules and exports, stays with you.
The pilot request form collects only what you type into it: your name, company, email, and anything you choose to add. We use it to respond to you and for nothing else. This site does not run advertising trackers.
