Inside Vest, you can also open the menu and choose Report a problem. It sends your note, with any photo or video you attach, straight to the founders.

What to include

• Your company and the project you were working in.
• What you did, and what happened instead.
• The question you asked, if it is about an answer.
• Whether you were on the web, iPhone, iPad or Android, and the Vest version shown in your account menu.
• A screenshot, if you have one.

Accounts and sign-in

Your company's administrator creates Vest accounts by invitation. If you cannot sign in or need access to a project, ask your administrator first. If they cannot fix it, email us.

Deleting your account or data

Email hello@vest.build to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you or your company, or to have it deleted. Your administrator can also remove your account, which ends your access immediately. Our privacy policy says what deletion covers and how long backup copies last.

Security

To report a security issue, email security@vest.build. Our security page says where your data lives and who can reach it.
